1 Upon signature below both parties involved, the above AppendixNo.7 to the Technical Assistance Agreement (Agreement) dated Ju- ly 13, 1987, is hereby amended as follows: a.Section I, Purpose of the Appendix, will be amended to add the following: "4. Reclamation will prvide information and consultation on r-eservoir sedimentation, sedment removal methods, and the effe-cts resulting from sediment removal. The methods and evalutio-ns should include those methods and evalutions used in the Un-ited States, China and Japan. TECRO will provide $10,000 to AIT for the consultations." b.Article Ⅴ, Duration, will be amended to read as follows: "This Appendix wil lbecome effective upon the date of the lastsignature of the duly authorized representatives of TECRO and-AIT, and wil lremain in effect until December 31, 2002. Eith- er party may teminatethis Appendix as provided ro in Article Ⅶ of the Agreement." All other articles of the Agreement remain in effect.
