1 Upon signature below by both parties involved, the above Techni-cal Assistance Agreement (Agreement) dated July 13, 1987, is he-reby amended as follows: a Article Ⅶ is hereby amended to extand the effective date of said Agreement to July 13, 2007, unless terminated earlier by either party. In the event of termination of the Agreemnt, ar- rangements will be made by both parties for completion of act- ivities already underway pursuant thereto. b Amendmen No. 3 to the Agreement is hereby amended to change b-oth the names of the "Bureau of Water Resources, MOEA" and the "Taiwan govermment Water Resources Department" to the "Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs." All other article of the Agreement remain in effect.
