(Cap 359 section 1(2)) (L.N. 293 of 1990) Under section 1(2) of the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance, the Governor appoints- (a) 1 October 1990 as the day on which section 26(1), (1A) and (1B) of the Ordinance shall apply to the professions specified in items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Schedule to the Ordinance; (b) 1 October 1990 as the day on which sections 10(1), (2), (3), (4)(a) and (b), (5) and (6), 11(4), 12, 13(1), (2) and (4), 14, 14A, 15, 15A, 15B, 16(2), (3), (4) and (5), 26(2), 27(a) and (b), 28 and 30 of the Ordinance shall apply to the professions specified in items 1 and 4 of the Schedule to the Ordinance; (c) 1 August 1991 as the day on which sections 10(4)(c), (d) and (e), 13(3), 16(1), (6) and (7), 17, 18, 18A, 20(1), (2) and (4), 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26(3) and 27(c), (e), (f) and (g) of the Ordinance shall apply to the professions specified in items 1 and 4 of the Schedule to the Ordinance; and (d) 1 July 1992 as the day on which sections 11(1), (2) and (3), and 20(3) and (5) of the Ordinance shall apply to the professions specified in items 1 and 4 of the Schedule to the Ordinance.
