1 On behalf of their respective government, the undersigned wishto refer to the Technical Cooperation Agreement, attached heretoand incorporated herein by this reference, which was signed onDecember 6, 1984 between the two governments and expires on Dec-ember 5, 1992 as well as the Extension ofAgreement, attached he-reto and incorporated herein by this reference, (collectively t-he Technical Cooperation Agreement and the Extension of Agreeme-nt are herein referred to as the "Agre,ment") signed in March of1993 and wish to extend the validity of the Agreement for two y-ears from December 6, 1994 to December 5, 1996.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have signed this Extensionof Agreement on the dates so indicated.[Signed][Signed]Fredirck F.
