1 Upon signature below by both parties involved, the above Techni- cal Assistance Agreement (Agreement) dated August 24, 1987, is hereby amended as follows: a. Title of the said Agreement is hereby revised to read as fol-lows: Agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan and the Coordination Council for North American Affairs for Technical Assistance in Areas of Water Resource Development b. Article XIII is hereby amended to extend the effective ciate of the said Agreement to July 13, 1997, unless terminated ea- rlier by either party. In the event of termination of the Ag- reement, arrangements will be made for completion of activit- ies already underway pursuant thereto. All other articles of the Agreement remain in effect.
