1 Taipei, March 5, 1991 Sir, I have the honor to refer to the Agreement on Exchange of Judic-ial Materials between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic ofKorea and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of China, sig-ned at Taipei on July 8,1985. On behalf of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, Ihave the honor to propose that the said Agreement shall be exte-nded for a period of five years retroactively from July 9,1990. I have the further honor to propose that, if the foregoing is a-cceptable to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of China, this note, together with your reply to that effect, shall const-itute an agreement between our Ministries of Justice to extend the Agreement.
