(Enacted 1988) Cap 313L para 2 Terminal boundaries Remarks: Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 64 of 1999 s. 3 The boundaries of the ferry terminal known as the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal which is a terminal to be used by ferry vessels arriving in the waters of Hong Kong from Macau or any other place in China or leaving such waters for Macau or any other place in China are declared to be those delineated in red enclosing an area of land and water approximately 11.342 hectares in aggregate area, on the plan Serial No. DM20 dated 2 February 1987, signed by the Director of Marine and deposited in his office.
