　 (Regulation 14(1) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Cap 374 sub. leg.), as modified by section 1 of Part V of Schedule 2 to the Airport Authority Bylaw (Cap 483 sub. leg.)) [10 December 1999] (L.N. 310 of 1999) Cap 374U s 1 Interpretation In this Notice- "Authority" (管理局) means the Airport Authority within the meaning of the Airport Authority Ordinance (Cap 483); "Bylaw" (《附例》) means the Airport Authority Bylaw (Cap 483 sub. leg.); "Modified Regulations" (《经变通规例》) means the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations (Cap 374 sub. leg.), as modified by Part IV of Schedule 2 to the Bylaw; "prohibited zone permit" (禁区许可证) means a relevant permit issued by the Authority with the approval of the Commissioner for the purposes of section 50(1)(a) of the Modified Regulations; "restricted zone permit" (限制区许可证) means a permit issued by the Authority with the approval of the Commissioner for the purposes of section 50(1)(b) of the Modified Regulations. Cap 374U s 2 Designation of prohibited zones Each area specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 is designated as a prohibited zone in which the driving of the motor vehicles specified in column 2 opposite to that area (except a vehicle in respect of which a prohibited zone permit is in force) is prohibited absolutely. Cap 374U s 3 Designation of restricted zones Each area specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 is designated as a restricted zone in which the driver of any motor vehicle specified in column 2 opposite to that area (except the driver of a motor vehicle in respect of which a restricted zone permit is in force) is prohibited absolutely from- (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or (b) loading or unloading goods. (a) The section of Cheong Tat Road from a point about 160 m north of the junction of Cheong Tat Road and Cheong Lin Road to a point about 790 m north from the same junction. (b) The bus terminus at the Ground Transportation Centre, being the area delineated by hatching on a plan numbered AMD/LOD/GZ/001A and deposited in the head office of the Authority. (c) The bus terminus at the ferry pier in Chek Lap Kok, being the area delineated by hatching on a plan numbered AMD/LOD/GZ/002A and deposited in the head office of the Authority. (d) The section of Cheong Lin Road which is about 50 m long from the eastern side of Gatehouse No. 2, being the area delineated by hatching on a plan numbered AMD/LOD/GZ/006A and deposited in the head office of the Authority. (e) Bus stop loop on Scenic Road. 2. (a) The hotel vehicle pick-up area at the Ground Transportation Centre, being the area delineated by hatching on a plan numbered AMD/LOD/GZ/003A and deposited in the head office of the Authority. (b) The authorized vehicle parking area at the Ground Transportation Centre, being the area delineated by hatching on a plan numbered AMD/LOD/GZ/004B and deposited in the head office of the Authority. (c) The Tour Coach Station at the Ground Transportation Centre, being the area delineated by hatching on a plan numbered AMD/LOD/GZ/005A and deposited in the head office of the Authority. (d) Chun Kwan Road. (e) Kwo Lo Wan Road. (f) Cheong Wing Road. (g) The road between Catering Road East and Airport Road adjacent to the Landside Fire Station, being the area delineated by hatching on a plan numbered AMD/LOD/GZ/007A and deposited in the head office of the Authority. (h) The access road on eastern side of the multi-storey car park linking northern and southern parts of Cheong Tat Road. (i) The access road linking Cheong Lin Road to CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd. Airport 'A' Substation near Cheong Lin Road/East Coast Road roundabout. (j) The access road linking East Coast Road to CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd. Airport 'A' Substation near Cheong Lin Road/East Coast Road roundabout. (k) The access road linking Chek Lap Kok South Road to CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd. Airport 'B' Substation near Airport Freight Forwarding Centre. (l) The access road linking Cheong Lin Road to Pump Station near Airport South Interchange. (m) The access road linking Catering Road East to Town Gas Station next to Landside Fire Station. 3. All designated roads at Chep Lap Kok, being the areas shown green on a plan numbered AAHK/BL/6/001A and deposited in the head office of the Authority. All motor vehicles driven by learner drivers. (s) Chun Wan Road North except section of the northbound carriageway of Chun Wan Road North from a point about 60 m north of its junction with the roundabout to a point about 125 m north from the same junction. (t) The hotel vehicle pick-up area excluding the layby at the western kerbside at the Ground Transportation Centre. (u) The Tour Coach Station excluding the layby at the western kerbside of the northbound lane and the layby at the western kerbside of the southbound lane at the Ground Transportation Centre. (v) Catering Road West except section of the northbound carriageway of Catering Road West from a point about 350 m north of its junction with Chun Wan Road Interchange to a point about 380 m north from the same junction. 2. (a) The section of the northbound carriageway of Catering Road West from a point about 350 m north of its junction with Chun Wan Road Interchange to a point about 380 m north from the same junction. All motor vehicles except franchised buses and taxis. (b) The section of the northbound carriageway of Chun Wan Road North from a point about 60 m north of its junction with the roundabout to a point about 125 m north from the same junction. 3. The section of the western kerbside lane of the western carriageway of Cheong Hong Road from a point about 700 m north of its southern junction with Airport Road to a point about 1050 m north from the same junction. All goods vehicles, taxis and private cars. 4. (a) The section of the eastern kerbside lane of the western carriageway of Cheong Hong Road from a point about 700 m north of its southern junction with Airport Road to a point about 1050 m north from the same junction. (b) The section of the eastern kerbside lane of the eastern carriageway of Cheong Hong Road from a point about 700 m north of its southern junction with Airport Road to a point about 1050 m north from the same junction. 5. The section of the western kerbside lane of the eastern carriageway of Cheong Hong Road from a point about 700 m north of its southern junction with Airport Road to a point about 1050 m north from the same junction.
