(Cap 215 section 2(1)) [1 August 1986] (L.N. 180 of 1986) Cap 215B para 1 Citation This notice may be cited as the Eastern Harbour Crossing (Designation of Agreements) Notice. (Enacted 1986) Cap 215B para 2 Designation of guarantee agreement The agreement (referred to therein as the "Deed of Guarantee") specified in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby designated as the guarantee agreement for the purposes of the definition "guarantee agreement" in section 2 of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1986) Cap 215B para 3 Designation of project agreement The agreement specified in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby designated as the operating agreement for the purposes of the definition "operating agreement" in section 2 of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1986) Cap 215B para 4 Designation of project agreement The agreement (referred to therein as the "Novation Agreement") specified in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby designated as the project agreement for the purposes of the definition "project agreement" in section 2 of the Ordinance.
