(Enacted 1986) Cap 215A para 2 Date of assignment The New Hong Kong Tunnel Company Limited assigned the benefit of the franchise granted to it under section 5(1) of the Ordinance to the Eastern Harbour Crossing Company Limited on 1 August 1986 by an assignment executed on 1 August 1986 and entitled "Assignment of the Rail Franchise and the Agreement for Design and Construction".
