　 (Cap 358 section 4) [7 October 1994] (L.N. 519 of 1994) Cap 358AM s 1 Declaration of Victoria Harbour (Phase One) Water Control Zone That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Victoria Harbour (Phase One) Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1994) Cap 358AM SCHEDULE [section 1] The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on 2 maps of the scale of 1:20000 marked VHP1WCZ 1 and VHP1WCZ 2 described as "Victoria Harbour (Phase One) Water Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 27 September 1994 and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
