　 (Cap 358 section 4) [28 May 1993] (L.N. 175 of 1993) Cap 358AE s 1 Declaration of Southern Supplementary Water Control Zone That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Southern Supplementary Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1993) Cap 358AE s 2 Designation of Authority The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the Southern Supplementary Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1993) Cap 358AE SCHEDULE [section 1] The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20000 marked SSWCZ 1 and SSWCZ 2 described as "Southern Supplementary Water Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 19 May 1993 and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
