(Cap 358 section 4(1)(a)) [30 November 1990] (L.N. 376 of 1990) Cap 358P para 1 Citation This order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (Deep Bay Water Control Zone) Order. (Enacted 1990) Cap 358P para 2 Declaration of Deep Bay Water Control Zone That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water Control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Deep Bay Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1990) Cap 358P para 3 Designation of Authority The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the Deep Bay Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1990) Cap 358P SCHEDULE [paragraph 2] The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging and the territorial waters appertaining thereto marked on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20000 numbered DBWCZ 1, DBWCZ 2, DBWCZ 3, DBWCZ 4 and DBWCZ 5 described as "Deep Bay Water Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 23 November 1990, and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
