(Cap 358 section 7(2) and (3)) [28 July 1989] (L.N. 250 of 1989) Cap 358N para 1 Citation This order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (Port Shelter Water Control Zone) (Appointed Days) Order. (Enacted 1989) Cap 358N para 2 Application This order applies to the Port Shelter Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1989) Cap 358N para 3 Appointed days The day appointed- (a) under section 7(2) of the Ordinance is 1 August 1989; and (b) under section 7(3) of the Ordinance is 1 April 1990. (Enacted 1989) Cap 358N para 4 Application of the appointed days The day appointed- (a) in paragraph 3(a) applies to the discharge or deposit of discharges and deposits from all sources other than discharges and deposits made in accordance with the Waste Disposal Ordinance (Cap 354); (b) in paragraph 3(b) applies to the existing discharges or deposits of discharges and deposits from all sources other than discharges and deposits made in accordance with the Waste Disposal Ordinance (Cap 354).
