　 (Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation, section 5) (L.N. 370 of 1992) Under section 5 of the Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation, I appoint 18 November 1992 as the day on which regulation 4 and Parts III, IV, V and VI of the Regulation shall apply to or in relation to chemical waste being or containing asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls or chromium bearing solid tannery waste.
