(Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation, section 5) (L.N. 157 of 1992) Under section 5 of the Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation, I appoint 18 May 1992 as the day on which Parts II, VII and VIII of the Regulation shall apply in relation to chemical waste.
