(Cap 354 section 38) (L.N. 369 of 1992) Under section 38 of the Waste Disposal Ordinance, I appoint 18 November 1992 as the day on which sections 11 and 16 shall apply to or in relation to chemical waste being or containing asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls or chromium bearing solid tannery waste and section 17 shall apply to or in relation to chemical waste being or containing asbestos or polychlorinated biphenyls.
