(Cap 311 section 20AA) [18 October 1996] (L.N. 421 of 1996) Cap 311Q s 1 Removal of exemption (1) The Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands declares that after the date specified in subsection (2), an exemption from the requirement to comply with section 13 of the Ordinance granted on or before the specified date under section 20 of the Ordinance to the owner of any of the following classes of premises no longer applies- (a) premises used for the conduct of Organic Chemical Works; and (b) premises used for the conduct of Rendering Works.(2) The date specified for the purpose of subsection (1) is the date immediately before the first anniversary of the publication of this Order in the Gazette.
