(Cap 311 section 20AA) [26 August 1994] (L.N. 477 of 1994) Cap 311M s 1 Removal of exemption (1) The Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands declares that after the specified date, an exemption from the requirement to comply with section 13 of the Ordinance granted on or before the specified date under section 20 of the Ordinance shall not apply to the owner of any of the following classes of premises- (a) premises used for the conduct of Acrylates Works; (b) premises used for the conduct of Cement Works; (c) premises used for the conduct of Ceramic Works; (d) premises used for the conduct of Copper Works; (e) premises used for the conduct of Iron and Steel Works; (f) premises used for the conduct of Mineral Works; (g) premises used for the conduct of Frit Works; (h) premises used for the conduct of Zinc Galvanising Works; (i) premises used for the conduct of Non-ferrous Metallurgical Works; and (j) premises used for the conduct of Glass Works.(2) In this Order- "the specified date" (指明日期) means the date immediately before the first anniversary of the publication of this Order in the Gazette.
