(Cap 207 section 26) [1 March 1989] (L.N. 35 of 1989) Cap 207A reg 1 Citation These regulations may be cited as the Plant (Importation and Pest Control) (Fees) Regulations. (Enacted 1989) Cap 207A reg 2 Fees for examination and phytosanitary certificate On application for the issue of a phytosanitary certificate, the fees payable for examination under section 6(3) of the Ordinance, and the issue of a certificate if appropriate, shall be as specified in Schedule 1. (Enacted 1989) Cap 207A reg 3 Fees for visit to applicant's premises for examination of plants The fees payable under section 6(4) of the Ordinance for making an examination of plants at the premises of a person applying for a phytosanitary certificate shall be $115 for each visit. (Enacted 1989. L.N. 175 of 1994; L.N. 52 of 1995; L.N. 205 of 1996; L.N. 521 of 1997; L.N. 2 of 2001) Cap 207A reg 4 Quarantine maintenance fees The fees specified in Schedule 2 shall be payable for the maintenance of plants grown or propagated in any quarantine area. (Enacted 1989) Cap 207A reg 5 Fees for treatment of plants and soil The fees payable under the Ordinance for the treatment of plants and soil shall be as set out in Schedule 3.
