(Marine Fish (Marketing) By-laws by-law 21(1A)) [25 June 1999] (L.N. 163 of 1999) Cap 291D s 1 Rate of commission The rate of commission payable under by-law 21(1) of the Marine Fish (Marketing) By-laws (Cap 291 sub. leg.) shall be- (a) for services provided in respect of sales of marine fish by way of direct sale, $5 per 15 catties sold or 7% of the purchase price, whichever is the less; or (b) for services provided in respect of sales of marine fish by way of any other method of sale, 7% of the purchase price.
