(Cap 171, regulation 4A) [31 December 1999] (L.N. 295 of 1999) Cap 171B s 1 (Omitted as spent) (Omitted as spent) Cap 171B s 2 Specification of apparatus The classes of apparatus set out in the Schedule are specified for the purposes of regulation 4A(1) of the Fisheries Protection Regulations (Cap 171 sub. leg. A). Cap 171B SCHEDULE [section 2] Item Classes of apparatus 1. Any apparatus that produces or transmits electricity and that- (a) operates in water either alone or in conjunction with a net; and (b) is capable of capturing or stunning fish. 2. Any suction device that- (a) operates on the seabed; and (b) is capable of capturing fish. 3. Any dredging device that- (a) operates with a net or receptacle; (b) is towed on the seabed; and (c) is capable of capturing fish.
