(Cap 435 section 18) [5 November 1993] (L.N. 436 of 1993) Cap 435B s 1 Fees (1) The fees payable for the purposes of section 18(1)(a) of the Ordinance shall be the fees prescribed in the Schedule. (2) Where a licence is granted or renewed for a period of less than 12 months, the fees payable under subsection (1) shall be the sum obtained by dividing the amount of the prescribed fee by the number of days in the year when the licence is granted or renewed and multiplying the result by the total number of days in the months for which the licence is granted or renewed, as the case may be. (3) The Commissioner may waive, remit, reduce or refund the whole or any part of a fee for which provision is made under this Regulation. (Enacted 1993) Cap 435B s 2 Issue of a duplicate of a licence The Commissioner may on application in writing to him by a licensee, showing cause to his satisfaction, and on payment of the prescribed fee, issue to the licensee a duplicate of his licence.
