Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 22 of the Industrial Training (Clothing Industry) Ordinance on the 11 February 1976. (L.N. 46 of 1976) Cap 318A RESOLVED that the rate of levy under the Industrial Training (Clothing Industry) Ordinance be $0.30 for every $1000, or part thereof, of the F.O.B. value of the clothing items exported.
