He used to be a consultant at the Legal Advisory Office in an army unit under the Headquarters of the General Staff, and a instructor at the Engineering Technology College affiliated to the PLA Information Engineering University, teaching Jurisprudence. He was a regiment leader level officer, lieutenant colonel before He was out of service. He was matriculated at the PLA Engineering Technology University in 1979. After graduation I had been working in Beijing in an army organization under the Headquarters of the General Staff. He passed National Lawyers Qualification Test in 1995,and was given a lawyer certificate by the State Ministry of Justice. After one years’ internship, He was granted the license for legal service. He entered in the Law School of Renmin University of China in 1998,and graduated with Juris Master degree at the end of the year 2001.His teacher is a well-known professor,Tang Weijian, postdoctor from Renmin University. During his study at Law School and teaching at the college, he handled many lawyer’s business. He has seven years’ practical experience as a lawyer with professional expertise and a great oral and written capability. As a legal consultant, He used to be involved in legal documents drafting, negotiations and witness in addition to giving advice to decision-making management. He also handled some civil and criminal lawsuits. During his sparetime, He devoted his energy to writting. He was one of the authors of《National Lawyer Qualification Test Guidance—objective question explanatory notes》published by China Police Education Press,《New National Lawyer Qualification Test Guide》and《the selection of standard Practice Test for National Lawyer Qualification》published by China Commercial Union Press. The chief authors of these books are Professor Chen Guangzhong from University of Political Science and Law.He is good at Chinese literature. He wrote several TV specials.
